ior! Christ calls us to Himself, not to sectarianism. We don't send a person off to know God in an institution. We learn of God by sitting at His feet -- by communion with Him! "Come unto Me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest."

          When Elijah (representing those who will be Raptured) is taken up to heaven, his mantle will fall back to God's ordained prophets represented by the Prophet Elisha -- probably the 144,000 from the Book of Revelation, in double measure. We see a picture of God's plan at the wedding feast at Cana picturing Christ's return for the Church. There we see six jars representing the 6,000 years that would pass before Christ finally appears for the "Marriage Supper of the Lamb."  God, as in the parable, has saved His best wine for last. Jesus said that those who believe in Him would do "these works and greater," but in the final  42 months of God's ordained "witness" to this world, the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached. Now, no one has yet done greater works than Jesus, but someone will -- some, ordained by God, called and sanctified, faithful followers of the "Lamb" will be called to the Holy ground Moses was called to; these prophets will be chosen by God, not elected by the arm of man or by self-determination; "For many are called, but few are chosen." They will bring "the Gospel of the Kingdom," the one Jesus preached for 42 months -- with signs and wonders and judgment following. (These are probably the 144,000 from the Book of Revelation.)

          We see the scope of their ministry portrayed in the life and miracles of Elisha:


    1) He is sent to sustain a widow; she represents the believers who are left after the Rapture whom God will supernaturally provide for.


    2) Cleansing of the waters -- they will cleanse the waters polluted by nuclear fallout and germ warfare by W.W. III for God's people.


    3) The Son's of the Prophets -- called thus because the Prophets were taken in the Rapture. They will gather in the wilderness with the 144,000 because the Mark of the Beast will necessitate their hiding.
   

4) 42 mocking children eaten by she bears -- represent the authority this group will have to bring judgment against God's enemies for 42 months.
   

5) The cleansing of Naaman the Syrian after dipping in the Jordan seven times (representing the seven year Tribulation). It will take God seven years to cleanse the nations.
   

6) The leprosy of Gehazi -- a type of those who will compromise and take the Mark of the Beast. Some who will even walk with the prophets will compromise to their own damnation.

          Before Moses came, Pharoah had all the Hebrew babies killed. Before Jesus came, Herod had all the babies killed. Now, before Christ returns again, doctors and mothers are murdering millions of their own children in abortion.
