Others will be saved "so as by fire but will not receive "the prize" (1 Cor. 9 v. 24, Phil. 3 v. 14) which is the Pre-Tribulation Rapture and rulership with Christ.

Abraham himself compromised and brought forth a child of the "flesh", Ishmael. As we mentioned earlier, this folly persists 4000 years later in the Arab Israeli conflict; for Isaac is the Father of the Jews and Ishmael is the father of the Arabs. When it was completely impossible for Abraham and Sarah to bear a child, God created a miracle by giving them a child of promise, "Isaac," which means laughter.

God is a revealer and a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. He will reveal our future to us, and even though the path seems totally impossible, we must always remember who gave us our promises. But Satan is alive and well -- living only to thwart God's Purposes and attack the will of God  for us. He does this through our brothers and sisters in Christ (as Joseph's brothers did), through temptations (as in Potiphar's wife), and through separations and false accusations, (as in the prisons of Egypt). But, if we hang on -- clinging to the Word of the Lord instead of the lies, doubts, unbelief, slander, accusations, character assassinations, rejections, etc., one day God will call us out of our prison houses, to a destiny only He, and He alone can provide. Never compromise whatever dream God gives you -- don't settle for second best - stand strong against the temptations and weaknesses of the flesh, and one day you will enter "a city which hath foundations whose builder and maker is God."

If we doubt God's word to us, it is almost like calling Him a liar; unbelief is the antithesis of faith. Press on instead towards that "high" impossible calling, for whatever God has placed before you be assured He will surely bring it to pass.

Understanding and Assaulting Our Enemy

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." (Eph. 6 v. 12)

Satan is referred to in scripture as "The prince of the power of the air that now worketh in the children of disobedience." First, let us be absolutely,                      unequivocally aware, that Satan is alive and well and is actively showing his treachery throughout the world-- especially in the church. In Bosnia, we see Christians killing Muslims and in Northern Ireland, Catholics and Protestants have hated and killed one another for centuries. If Satan could speak through Peter to Jesus, we must be aware that he can, and will use the best of us, to destroy God's will for one another, whenever possible.

Satan's preferred mode of operation is to impress thoughts into our
